Medical imaging is a means to produce images of the inside of your body for the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of conditions. Some of these procedures are known as x-ray, ultrasound, radiography, mammography, CT scans, MRI scans, nuclear medicine, bone densitometry and echocardiography.

Please note: Medical imaging is unable to accept requisitions or forms submitted by email at this time, including those sent to patients from virtual clinics.
Due to current system limitations, patients must bring a printed copy of their requisition and any required forms to their appointment. Emailed, electronic, or screen displayed requisitions cannot be accepted.
