Rehabilitation services

Rehabilitation is a process of assessment, treatment and management by which the individual (and their family or carers) are supported to achieve their maximum potential for physical, cognitive, social and psychological function, participation in society and quality of living.

Whether you have been diagnosed with a condition such as osteoarthritis (OA) or chronic pain, are awaiting or recovering from orthopedic surgery, there are many resources available to you.
