This page is for individuals or groups who work with or in school to create healthy school environments, including school food programs.
A healthy school food environment is about more than the food served. It’s also means creating positive eating experiences, where students feel safe, have enough time to eat and connect with peers, and see their cultural foods valued. For resources for families, see: Nutrition for children and youth.
