Pay transparency

Northern Health is committed to addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and all forms of discrimination in the workplace. In full support of the Pay Transparency Act, we are reporting on this initiative for the first time in 2024, with a commitment to annual reporting moving forward.

Employees are provided with an anonymous survey to collect their identified gender choice, which can be updated at any time, and that data will be collected in October of each year to meet the reporting timelines.
