- NH Check In services are available at this facility. Patients are encouraged to use the NH Check In app to review current wait times, reserve a spot in line for drop-in services, and to notify the lab that they have arrived at the facility.
- Online booking is now available through HealthElife. If you need to change or cancel your online booked appointment, call 250-612-5920.
- Patients are asked to present at the Phoenix Medical Lab no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their appointment.
Physicians
- Fax requisitions to 250-645-8061.
- Advise patients to wait 48 hours before calling to book an appointment.
- For stat requisitions, please hand paper requisition to patient to bring to the lab followed by a phone call to the lab’s physician line.
