First baby of 2018 born in Prince Rupert

Northern Health is pleased to announce that the first baby born in Prince Rupert in 2018 is a boy!

Baby Caleb was born at Prince Rupert Regional Hospital on January 1st at 2:06 p.m. to mom Felicia Noseworthy and dad Kenneth Park, of Prince Rupert - weighing in at seven pounds, nine ounces.

The first baby born in the Northern Health region was delivered at Dawson Creek and District Hospital in Dawson Creek, at 7:25 a.m. this morning. More information can be found here.

The first baby born in British Columbia in 2018 was delivered at Surrey Memorial Hospital at 12:00:09 a.m. January 1st.
