The third, “Health Determinants”, grounds the evaluation in an explication of the parameters that must be considered in determining the health of individuals, families and communities.

The fourth, “Evaluation”, which includes methodology, describes the evaluation process,  strengths and weaknesses demonstrated in the action planning proposed and carried out in the projects, and observations and suggestions that can serve as building blocks for the future.
