Home Health does not provide for long term medical supplies or equipment for use in your home. Home Health will be able to provide information on how to access supplies or equipment and their Rehabilitation program can help you learn to use equipment designed to improve your safety at home (such as bath seats, grab bars, scooters, walkers, wheelchairs and lifts).

In some communities, loan equipment can be obtained through the Red Cross Loan Equipment program. Contact contact your local Home Health / Community Services office for more information.
