The position also manages the contracts of the Aboriginal Health Initiative Program (AHIP) in a way that supports Indigenous knowledge, builds community capacity and relationships. Joan Greenlees, under the general direction of the Regional Director, Aboriginal Health, provides clerical and administrative support for day-to-day activites of the Regional Director, Aboriginal Health. Provides leadership to the process of allocating contracted services to Aboriginal communities, by assisting community members to analyze, implement, monitor and evaluate contracted services and educating members of contracting organizations in the development and evaluation of outcomes.
